Boston College continued their strong 2020 class with a commitment late last night from New Jersey tight end/OLB Charlie Gordinier. The 6-5 Red Bank NJ native went to Twitter last night to announce his commitment:
I am extremely blessed and excited to say that I am committed to Boston College to further my academic and athletic career! #DecideToFly pic.twitter.com/SJOWksw191

Gordinier, a 3* tight end has a solid list of offers that include the LSU Tigers, UCLA Bruins, Syracuse Orange, Pittsburgh Panthers, Virginia Cavaliers, Rutgers Scarlet Knights and Vanderbilt Commodores. Per 247sports he is the 18th ranked tight end nationally, and 15th ranked recruit out of New Jersey, both of those impressive. From rumblings I have heard, BC probably will be taking additional tight ends in this class. The other big name to watch for is local recruit Cam Large, who has had his recruitment blow up, getting offers from almost every big program in the country.
Gordinier is the 5th recruit in this class. You can check out his HUDL film below. Welcome to the Heights Charlie!
