BC fans have been on quite the rollercoaster ride this week. First, great news came as point guard Ky Bowman announced that he was withdrawing from the NBA Draft and would come back to school for next season. Next, BC fans got very excited upon hearing top transfer Mustapha Heron would be visiting this weekend. That joy quickly vanished upon hearing that Heron committed to St.John’s on his visit yesterday and would not be visiting BC this weekend.
After a wild 24 hours BC has scored another checkmark under positive news as Jon Rothstein broke the news that four-star recruit Saddiq Bey is visiting BC right now.
Former NC State commit Saddiq Bey is currently visiting Boston College, per a source.

Bey is a four-star recruit that is a consensus Top 150 player in the country. Interestingly enough, Bey was originally a NC State commitment but parted ways with the school two weeks ago. Bey took an official to Wake Forest two days ago and is hearing from a handful of different schools.
Bey is a 6’6” wing/guard that is known for being able to create his own offense. He has good handle and an array of moves that allows him to get to the rim. Bey is long and has potential to be a player that can defend the 2-4 positions.
