After coming back from injury, Anthony Brown looks solid

Last season Anthony Brown turned some heads with his play, especially with strong games against Virginia Cavaliers and the Louisville Cardinals. However, his season came to a disappointing halt with a catastrophic leg injury against the NC State Wolfpack that ended his first season as signal caller.

Going into this season many have asked, how is Brown rehabbing? Head coach Steve Addazio said during his spring press conference that “Anthony’s great. Had surgery. Doing great, looks great. He’s right on schedule, probably ahead of schedule. So, he’ll be fine. He’ll be ready to roll, obviously, as we go into the summer he’ll still be rehabbing through the spring, and each week doing more and more things. So, he’s doing fantastic.”

But as we know Brown wasn’t playing during the spring, according to Addazio he would be ready for the summer. On Twitter this weekend, a video popped up of Anthony Brown working out with what appears to be a QB coach.

He looks to be in fantastic shape already, moving quickly, shuffling his feet and getting rid of the ball with some zip. Of course this is only a basic practice routine, but it is great to see a QB that relies on his legs move so well.
