Tonight, the Boston College softball will find out whether or not their season will continue as the D1 NCAA softball tournament rosters are announced. 32 teams have qualified through automatic bids and the remaining 32 teams will be announced tonight.
BC had a 30-23 record this season, including a 12-4 home record. The Eagles recently lost in the first round of the ACC Tournament, falling to Notre Dame by a score of 6-1. Last season BC had a 31-22 record, lost to the Fighting Irish in the first round of the ACC Tournament and didn’t make the NCAA Tournament, so this is definitely a "they could make it, they could not" situation.
