Keys to the Game
1. Ride the momentum. The offense is clicking and the Eagles’ confidence is sky high right now. Meanwhile, Clemson has yet to play a game in Brooklyn and finished the season losing four of their last six games. Despite fatigue, it’s important that the Eagles jump out and take control early just like they did against N.C. State. Jump out to a nice lead and let the Tigers worry about chipping away in the second half.
2. JC Reyes. Luka Kraljevic has not played in this tournament and Nik Popovic banged up his leg in the first half yesterday. Hopefully, Pop will be good to go. Either way, Reyes will be called on for substantial minutes again today. He needs to be careful to stay out of foul trouble and finish around the rim.
3. Power through. The minutes that the starters- especially the guards- have played in the first two games are going to start to take their toll. Will Ky Bowman and Jerome Robinson have enough in the tank to put up another outstanding performance?
Predictions
Katie: 78-72 Clemson
Laura: yolo 83-79 BC
Grant: 24-6 BC
Jefferson E. Bureguard Sessions: Clemson by default because Yankee teams aren’t allowed
