Jerome Robinson and Ky Bowman Earn All-ACC Accolades

NCAA Basketball: Miami at Boston College Bob DeChiara-USA TODAY Sports

The votes are in and two Boston College starters are among those receiving All-ACC post-season honors. Jerome Robinson was named to First Team All-ACC, with almost unanimous voting. Robinson’s 273 votes were second only to Duke’s Marvin Bagley III (280 votes) in All-ACC voting. North Carolina’s Luke Maye and Joel Berry II, and Virginia’s Kyle Guy round out the first team. Robinson placed second in voting for ACC Player of the Year; he received 14 POY votes to Bagley’s 37. Luke Maye and Virginia’s Devon Hall also received votes. These honors will come as no surprise to BC fans as Robinson finished the season as the ACC’s leader in PPG (20.7) and 3FG% (43.8%).

Ky Bowman received an Honorable Mention in the All-ACC voting, receiving 37 All-ACC votes. Bowman was second among all players in the honorable mention category, following Deng Adel of Louisville. Bowman has averaged 16.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game for the Eagles this season.
