It was a pretty rough first person for the Eagles. Notre Dame took a 1-0 lead on a power play halfway through the frame and scored again just 34 seconds later to make it 2-0.

But it feels like a dozen goals, because the Eagles look overwhelmed. BC managed just 3 shots in the period and didn't have much of anything to root for in the opening 20 minutes

The Eagles are going to need to turn things around if they want to stay in this one.
