The Boston College Eagles have their bowl opponent, and it is something I don’t think any prognosticators had predicated. According to all reports, it appears that BC will be playing the Boise State Broncos at the First Responders Bowl in Dallas on December 26, 2018. This bowl came completely out of left field, as most projections had BC in Shreveport and Detroit. This game will be played at the historic Cotton Bowl stadium.

Boise State was ranked #25 going into the MWC championship game but lost to the Fresno State Bulldogs in a snowy battle. They feature Brett Rypien, who is 9th in the country in total yards with 3705 yards, 30 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
BC will be going for the first bowl win since 2016 when they defeated the Maryland Terrapins in the Quick Lane Bowl. Can they get their 8th win? Or will Boise State be too much? Leave your thoughts below!
