BC’s BEST CHANCE TO WIN

The Hurricane offense and BC defense will be going strength vs strength this week, as two Miami rushers, Travis Homer and DeeJay Dallas, are averaging over 5.8 YPC. The “throw game” is a bit more of an unknown. Mark Richt is going back to Malik Rosier at QB after benching him a few weeks ago, except for when N’Kosi Perry gets snaps. So who knows? The Miami offense has been turnover prone, and the Eagles have been takeaway prone. That’s a pretty exciting prospect, but ultimately it won’t matter if Anthony Brown and AJ Dillon don’t lead the offense to putting up points.

Dillon’s return is obviously a huge boost for the Eagles; the addition of any player his caliber always is. And Steve Addazio will have to hope that his arrival makes a difference against a defense that allows only 106 yards per game on the ground. The Eagles are going to have to put up at least twice that if they want to win, and they will. Bold prediction: they will.

Go Eags.
