The Eagles and Seminoles are both coming into the game off quick turnarounds from Saturday games. BC powered past Dartmouth in their final OOC game while FSU took Syracuse to double overtime and eventually came out on top.
Keys to the Game
BC’s big key to this game is to keep the ball moving on offense and get quality shots. The Seminoles are a strong defensive team that force a lot of turnovers; Ky Bowman needs to take care of the basketball on offense. FSU (like most opponents) generally uses a deeper rotation than BC which will help them keep guys fresh after the travel and long game with Syracuse this weekend. BC should counter by playing aggressively and getting some Seminoles into early foul trouble if possible.
FSU’s Strengths
This Florida St. team is known for their length and athleticism. They are especially strong on the offensive glass, which could present a challenge similar to the UNC game for the Eagles.
Seminole To Watch Out For
#14 Terance Mann is shooting 61% from the floor an averaging 15.1 PPG this season.
Predictions
Matt: 80-76 BC
Katie: 72-71 FSU
