Boston College Men’s Basketball vs. Dartmouth: Preview and Predictions

BC is returning to Conte from a 96-66 defeat at the hands of UNC. The Eagles look to get back on track with their final non-conference matchup of the season against the Dartmouth Big Green.

Keys to the Game

BC ran into a really tough opponent at the wrong time in Chapel Hill last week. They need to put the loss behind them today and take care of the Big Green. BC was clobbered on the boards last time out. This shouldn’t be the case today against a Dartmouth team that ranks near the bottom of the country in offensive rebounding. If BC takes care of the ball and brings in rebounds, they should be able to pull away fairly early and let the bench players get some minutes.

Dartmouth’s Strengths

The Big Green average 37.7% from 3, which can be dangerous to BC who has struggled defending the perimeter at times.

Player To Watch Out For

#22 Miles Wright leads the team in points per game, rebounds, and blocks. The senior guard is a Boston native.

Predictions

Matt: 86-66 BC

Katie: 90-68 BC

Toppin: 89-60 BC
