One of the bane’s of enjoying BC football is their restrictive tailgating policy. For those of you hoping they might eventually loosen up, think again. In an email obtained today, tailgaters received a reminder of the new policy:
We look forward to seeing you back at the Heights on Saturday when our Eagles take on Wake Forest at 1pm. Parking lots will open at 10am and 2 hours of post game tailgating is permitted. We wanted to send a reminder regarding guests joining tailgates.
Pedestrians should arrive at the main entrance to the Brighton Campus off Commonwealth Avenue. Game tickets are required for those attending tailgates. We ask that pedestrians have their game ticket available to be scanned upon entering the Upper Brighton tailgating lots. Those without a game ticket will have the opportunity to purchase on-site.
Thank you for your cooperation and Go Eagles!

A similar measure was held at Shea Field the last few years, but for those hoping it would go away when Shea closed are going to be deeply disappointed.
Make sure to tell your friends and visitors if you are tailgating on Brighton, otherwise things could get a bit dicey.
