Name: Aaron Monteiro
Position: Offensive Line
Number: 67
Year: Junior
Height: 6’7”
Weight: 315
Hometown: Brockton, Massachusetts
High School: Brockton High School
2016 Stats: Monteiro started 12 games last year, all at left tackle. He really dominated the low level opponents and performed quite well all season.
Projections: Monteiro is a returning left tackle on an offensive line that returns 4 out of 5 starters and adds a graduate transfer, so all signs point to them improving (which of course, should mean improvement for Jon Hilliman and Davon Jones).
Over/Under: Not as relevant for OL, but I could see as high as 2500 rushing yards for BC (up from 1938 from last year).
How’d He Get Here: A 3-star recruit, he had four total offers: UMass, UConn, Iowa, and BC. Aaron decided to stay local, coming to Boston College recruited by former DC Don Brown and current OL coach Justin Frye.
You can see Monteiro run some dudes over in his HUDL below.
