Boston College will be sending two of their players to the ACC Kickoff in Charlotte North Carolina on July 13 and 14. The school announced yesterday that the two players who will be representing the maroon and gold will be offensive lineman Jon Baker and defensive end Harold Landry.
If you aren’t aware of the ACC Kickoff, it’s basically the conference’s media day. Steve Addazio and the other ACC coaches will be there to make statements, chosen players will be available for Q&A and ACC Commissioner John Swofford will give a State of the ACC address. For football heads it’s basically the kickoff to the college football preseason.
In previous years Boston College has sent:
2016: Matt Milano (LB) and Myles Willis (RB)
2015: Mehdi Abdesmad (DE) and Harris Williams (OL)
2014: Dominique Williams (DB) and Andy Gallik (C)
2013: Chase Rettig (QB) and Steele Divitto (LB)
2012: Emmett Cleary (OL) and Kaleb Ramsey (DT)
We of course will be covering the ACC Kickoff, and breaking down all the news coming out of the events.
