For the second year in a row (and second year ever), Boston College softball has 4 All-ACC Team players.

Juniors Jessica Dreswick and Chloe Sharabba both earned All-ACC First Team honors this year. Dreswick was honored by the ACC last season, but this is a career first for Sharabba. Dreswick started the majority of BC’s games this year, ending the season with a 22-12 overall record and a 2.52 ERA. Shabbara ended the regular season with a .329 batting average, tied for second on the team. She had 27 RBIs, including 14 in ACC games, and hit 7 home runs.

Annie Murphy, also a junior, was named to the All-ACC Second Team. Murphy was tied for second on the team with Sharabba this season with a .329 batting average. She had 12 regular season RBIs and a .943 fielding percentage.

Senior Tatiana Cortez, who also earned conference honors last season, was named to the All-ACC Second Team as well. Cortez had a .315 batting average this season and led the Eagles with 13 home runs and 48 RBI.

The Eagles begin their quest for an ACC Championship today at 1:30 PM. You can watch live online thanks to ACC Network Extra.
