Things are starting to pickup for BC basketball recruiting. After landing a pair of recruits last week, Jim Christian and his staff are hosting three star forward and former Dayton commit Naz Carter on a visit today.
3 star forward Naz Carter will be on official visit to #BCEagles tonight. Vin Baker Jr is there today as well

Carter originally committed to Dayton last fall but de-committed after Archie Miller left for Indiana after this season. Carter announced that he would be going to prep next year. Now it seems he has changed his mind once again and will stay in the 2017 class.
Carter is a 6’7” forward who has been recruited by the likes of Georgetown, Georgia Tech, Pitt, St.John’s, Washington and now more recently UMass and UConn as well. BC assistant Scott Spinelli is the lead recruiter for Carter.
Carter is described as an athletic slasher that can get to the rim. The forward is known for being a gym rat and having above average athletic ability which makes him a candidate to be a good defender in the future. Carter was quoted by Scout.com two weeks ago saying “I like guarding the best player on the other team.” BC certainly could use someone like that.
If Carter comes to the Heights, expect to hear that he’s Jay-Z’s nephew 5,000 times over the next four years during telecasts.
