The Boston College women’s golf team will compete in the 2017 ACC Championship from Thursday-Saturday this week, looking to build on their best season in years. In 8 tournament competitions this season BC has placed 1st on 4 occasions and has come in second twice. The 4 tournament wins the season are the most for the program since the 2010-11 season.

The Eagles opened the season with a win at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational. At the Golfweek Program Challenge, BC came in first and all 5 BC golfers placed in the top 20. The Eagles also won the Dartmouth Invitational and Lady EagleCat Invitational, and had the top individual golfer at both events.

Freshman Lois Kaye Go has led the Eagles with stellar individual play, ending the regular season ranked 113th by Golfweek. Go earned 1st place overall in both the Dartmouth Invitational and the Lady EagleCat Invitational this season.

BC’s lineup for the ACC Championship is Lois Kaye Go, Ailin Li, Jocelyn Chia, Katie Kim, and Katie Barrand. The Eagles will tee of Thursday at 8 AM alongside Notre Dame and Virginia Tech.
