The long and winding road of local football player Eddy Fish has taken another turn, this time back to the Boston College Eagles:
Spring roster for @BCFootball to be posted on https://t.co/ZqdmIjOUmB March 13. One addition to the roster is OL Eddy Fish from Illinois.

Fish, the nephew of the current head of the Board of Trustees at Boston College, originally committed to Boston College as a preferred walk on back in December of 2015. The Lawrence Academy (MA) player was considered a 3* offensive lineman at the time, with a bunch of FCS offers. But on National Signing Day he got a full football scholarship to Illinois , decommited from Boston College and joined Lovie Smith and Co. in the Big Ten.
Now according to Boston College he is back with the Eagles, after just one season with the Fighting Illini. Of course there are no comments on why he chose to leave Illinois or join Boston College, but he will be giving BC more depth on the OL. Given NCAA transfer regulations, I believe he will have to sit out a year before he can play with the Eagles.
You can check out his HUDL film below. Welcome to the Heights Eddy!
