Beanpot Round 1 Preview: Boston College Hockey vs. Boston University

Beanpot 2017 Round 1 starts tonight! The Northeastern Huskies and Harvard Crimson will play the early game, with BC and BU facing off at 8 PM. Last year, BC beat BU in an instant Beanpot classic, earning a 1-0 victory thanks to Alex Tuch’s OT goal. This year however, BU has essentially shut down BC. The Eagles dropped both of their games to BU earlier this season, falling to the Terriers 2-1 at Agganis and 3-0 at Conte. BC will be without Chris Brown for tonight’s game, as he is out for 3-4 weeks with mono.
