Preview: Boston College Women’s Hockey vs. Vermont

After losing to Northeastern in a Beanpot rematch, BC looks to get back on track

After beating Northeastern for the Beanpot on Monday, the Eagles fell to the Huskies at Conte on Friday. The Eagles look to get back on track today as the face Vermont at home. The game will be followed by a skate with the Eagles.

The Eagles are 2-0 against Vermont so far these season, having won both games during a weekend series at Burlington. Vermont gave BC a tough time in their first game this season, and BC had to take it to overtime to earn the 3-2 victory. The Eagles had an easier time in game 2, coming away with a 3-0 win.

UVM is coming off a tie with Providence. The Catamounts are 12-10-9 this season and have gone 8-6-7 in Hockey East play. They’re led by freshman Ève-Audrey Picard, who has 22 points.
