GAME DAY FACTS
WHO
Boston College Eagles (5-3, 0-0 ACC)
VS
Hartford Hawks (3-5, 0-0 America East)
WHAT
The Eagles dropped another one on the road this week to Nebraska after Deontae Hawkins left the game with a knee injury. Jordan Chatman, also injured, did not dress for the Nebraska game. With or without these two starters, this game in Hartford is a must win for the Eagles before they take on Duke next week to open ACC play. Hartford is a middle of the pack America East team who comes to the matchup with 5 losses, but nothing is a given for a BC team struggling with depth and injuries.

BC’s BEST CHANCE TO WIN
The Eagles need to build a lead early and keep it. Their habit of digging themselves into first half holes against inferior teams isn’t helping them build confidence and offensive rhythm. The second unit, particularly Mitchell, will also be a big factor if Chatman and/or Hawkins are unable to go.
