Boston College Field Hockey Welcomes 3 to Class of 2022

Yesterday, the Boston College field hockey team announced its newest members. The trio of new Eagles will be joining the team next fall as BC hopes to return to the NCAA Tournament after an off year.

Skyler Caron is a defender that plays at Governor's Academy. Caron captained her school’s team this fall and is a 2 time member of the All-America First Team. Caron has twice played for the U.S. Under-17 National Team and captained the squad during 2016-17.

Jonna Kennedy is a goalie at nearby Watertown High. Kennedy is a 2 year captain at Watertown and a 3 year Middlesex League All-Star. Kennedy played a major role in Watertown’s 184 game unbeaten streak and will play in the Division 2 North finals this weekend. She is also a member of the U.S. Under-17 National Team.

Nell Webber comes to BC from Pennsbury High School in Pennsylvania. A forward/midfielder, she helped Pennsbury to go undefeated this season, culminating in the team’s first Suburban One League win. Webber is a 2 year captain whose accolades include 3 all-league selections, National Futures Championship and Junior Olympics selections, and Philadelphia Senior All-Star honors.
