The Eagles open at home against the Black Bears as part of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Tipoff Tournament. This will be your first chance to get a look at the 2017-18 Eagles in regular season action. The squad features four freshmen newcomers as well as promising graduate transfer Deontae Hawkins. BC enters the season ranked in the top 100 of 3 preseason polls.

BC’s BEST CHANCE TO WIN

The Eagles should be able to handle their America East opponent if they take advantage of the superior backcourt talent they have in Jerome Robinson and Ky Bowman. Teddy Hawkins, Nik Popovic, and freshman Steffon Mitchell need to dominate the glass against the smaller Maine squad.

BC and Maine last met in December 2015, with the Eagles coming away with the 91-60 victory.
