Boston College vs UVA: Official Game Thread (12:30pm)

It's gameday for Boston College as they head down to Charlottesville to face the upstart Virginia Cavaliers. You can catch the game on ESPN3/ACC Network, with the kickoff at 12:30.

The biggest question for Eagles fans remains the state of the offense. Was last week's 500+ yard outpouring against the Louisville Cardinals an anomaly or is BC's offense heading in the right direction?

The other big question has to be the play of the defense which struggled last week against Louisville and has been thrashed for big plays week after week. Can they contain Kurt Benkert?

This is a huge game for Steve Addazio who needs this win to keep BC in the hunt for a bowl game. A loss will turn the narrative back to the negatives for sure, but a win and all of a sudden the game against Florida State next week is huge.
