“Boston College and Louisville will kickoff at 12:20 p.m. on October 14, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday. The game will be televised by the ACC Network (Raycom) throughout the television markets across the conference footprint.
Detailed local television affiliates airing the game will be announced at a later date.
Coverage on the BC IMG Sports Network (WEEI 880 AM locally) begins at 11:50 a.m. from Louisville on Oct. 14.
Boston College and Louisville will meet for the 10th time in series history with the Cardinals leading the series 6-3. BC looks for its first win against Louisville since 1994 and is 1-3 all-time on the road against the Cards.”
Left out of the press release is the score of last year’s game, in which BC was taken to the woodshed by a score of 52-7 at Alumni Stadium. Currently Louisville is ranked #17 in the country with wins over Purdue Boilermakers, UNC Tar Heels, Kent State and Murray but lost a big game two Saturday’s ago against Clemson Tigers.
