Despite its recent skid, the Eagles rebounded this week with two wins, one at Harvard, and one at home against Syracuse.
Against the Crimson, Simon Enstrom collected three goals for his first career hat trick. He opened the scoring in the 17th minute as he broke his seven game scoreless streak. He followed with goals in the 36th and 61st minutes to finish the scoring for the Eagles. Both Adam French and Younes Boudadi had two assists to help out Enstrom, while Callum Johnson had the other assist.
Harvard would finally beat Chavez Borelli on a penalty kick in the 76th minute. The Eagles improved to 4-8 on the season with the win.
Against the Orange, Henry Balf opened the scoring in the 29th minute, for his first of the year. The Eagles would take the 1-0 lead into the half, but their second half woes continues as the Orange scored the equalizer just seven minutes after break. Despite good chances by each team down the stretch, neither team was able to push a goal through, sending the game into OT. Five minutes into the first overtime period, Johnson was able to slot it past the Syracuse keeper for the Eagle victory.
BC will return to the field on Tuesday afternoon when they host the UConn Huskies.
