Boston College announced today that the 6th Annual ALS Awareness Game, between the Eagles and the N.C. State Wolfpack, will take place April 22nd at 4pm at historic Fenway Park. Tickets for the game are $10 and are available to fans here or at the gate on game day. As always, all proceeds from the game will benefit the Pete Frates #3 Fund.
Pete Frates, a former Captain of the Boston College baseball team, was diagnosed with ALS in March 2012 and has since been a global advocate, and fundraiser, for ALS awareness and research. The Wolfpack join BC in supporting one of their own who has been diagnosed with this horrible disease as Chris Combs, a member of the N.C. State baseball team from 1994-1997, was diagnosed with ALS in May 2016.
