The Eagles entered the win column last weekend with an easy victory over UMass, but that was to be expected. With Wagner and Buffalo on deck, the Eagles could be looking to October for a chance at a “meaningful” win if they don’t pull off the victory today in Blacksburg against Virginia Tech.

Lane Stadium was the site of the Eagles’ most recent ACC road win, back in 2014; Steve Addazio will hope history can repeat itself and he can improve his record against Virginia Tech to 3-1 as Boston College head coach.
