PREVIEW: BC Women's Soccer Takes On Duke In Massive Game

How to watch the game and more.

This evening at 7 PM the unbeaten #11 Boston College Eagles take on #8 Duke in North Carolina. The game will be available to stream via ACC Network Extra.

The Eagles enter this game with an 8-0-1 record and they are 3-0 on the road. Duke will be BC's first big challenge this season, as the Eagles have yet to play an ACC team or a top 25 ranked team.

BC has 5 shutouts so far this season. The Eagles average 23.9 shots per game and have limited their opponents to an average of 7.2 shots per game. McKenzie Meehan leads BC with 16 points and 7 goals. Meehan leads the ACC in goals (7) and shots (50), while Lauren Berman and Jenna Bike are tied with Kristina Fisher (Miami) for most assists this season.

Duke has gone 5-2-1 this season. Their losses come from Arkansas and #1 West Virginia. Toni Payne leads Duke in goals (3), assists (3), and points (9). Similarly to BC, Duke has dominated their opponents, averaging 20.2 shots per game and holding their opponents to an average of 7.9.

BC's remaining regular season games are all against ACC opponents and it would be great for the team's confidence to see them continue their winning ways and start their ACC play with a victory.
