Game Day Info

Who: Skinner’s Frate Train vs. Mostly Sports
Where: The Eagles Nest, Cal State-Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA
When: 10:30 PM ET

I might be the only one who finds this ironic that The Basketball Tournament is being played at Cal State-Los Angeles, the home of the Golden Eagles. What better way for a BC basketball alumni team to start its march to $2 million than by playing at a home of the Golden Eagles? After all, we all love it when we’re called the Golden Eagles.

Anyways, Skinner’s Frate Train, the alumni team of former BC heroes, starts its quest for the $2 million jackpot by opening up play tonight against Mostly Sports, a team of guys from around the college sports universe. You can check out there team page if you’d like by clicking here.

How to Watch

The opening round games will be available through the Tournament website, but you can watch a live stream on Facebook by checking out Whistle Sports Basketball. They’ll be broadcasting all 48 games from start to finish on the Whistle Sports and Whistle Sports Basketball pages, which will be awesome to see how interactive things can get. I’m hoping a number of BC fans can check that out and root on the heroes of years past.

Get Social

You already know about the Facebook page, but you can also follow on Twitter. You can follow The Basketball Tournament by clicking here, and you can follow Skinner’s Frate Train general manager Tyler Neville by clicking here. Kudos to using the picture of Sean Marshall jawing with JJ Redick.

We’ll try to keep you updated as best we can so be sure to check back to BC Interruption for full coverage of the BC alumni team!
