Boston College needed a defensive tackle for the Class of 2017, and they received it yesterday when Georgia DT Allen Daniels pledged his verbal commitment to the Eagles (according to his Twitter account):

Daniels, a 6’2 280 lb tackle out of Dacula, Georgia is a 3* who selected Boston College over claimed offers from Kansas State, Purdue, Appalachian State, Arkansas State, Troy, Miami (OH) and a bevy of FCS schools. Of course Georgia is in special teams coach Al Washington’s recruiting area, so this would be another victory for the talented recruiter.
