Boston College landed a solid recruit today, as 2017 Ohio tight end/wide receiver Caleb Stoneburner committed to the Eagles:

Stoneburner, who attends Coffman High School, in Dublin, Ohio is considered a three star recruit by most of the recruiting services. The 6’4 200lb receiver currently holds offers from a bevy of MAC schools including Akron, Kent State and Toledo, and also has interest from Ohio State a school that had interest in him after he camped there in 2015. According to his HUDL film, Caleb runs a 4.46, which would be great given a wide receiver hybrid of that size.
You may be familiar with the last name, as Stoneburner’s older brother Jake played for Ohio State, where he starred as an h-back recording 37 receptions for 445 yards and nine touchdowns between 2009-2012, currently he plays for the Miami Dolphins where he caught two touchdowns in 2015.
It’s unclear whether Caleb will be playing tight end or wide receiver for the Eagles. He certainly has the build to be a tight end. You can check out his HUDL film below, welcome to the Heights Caleb!
