Cole Swider is one of the best prospects in the heralded class of 2018 in New England and it looks like two local schools are continuing to recruit him heavily.
2018 St. Andrew's guard Cole Swider tells me he will go on unofficial visits to Providence & Boston College in June.

Along with BC and PC, URI, DePaul and Creighton are recruiting Swider as well.
Swider is a lethal shooter from the outside that is starting to develop other parts of his game as well. Obviously long range shooters with athleticism are very much in demand right now, which is what makes Swider an intriguing prospect.
Swider has visited Providence and BC unofficially in the past already, so the planned visits in June only signify that he has genuine interest in both schools.
PC and BC going head-to-head for a recruit obviously is nothing new. The Eagles were able to beat out the Friars last year for John Carlos Reyes. Before that, Providence won the recruiting battle over BC for players like Kris Dunn and Paschal Chukwu, and I won’t even bring up Bryce Cotton.
