Quinnipiac was the better team for much of the game, but the Eagles mounted a furious comeback attempt and nearly tied it a handful of times in the last couple minutes.

In the end, BC just couldn't find the tying goal. Quinnipiac advances to the national championship game, and BC's season is over.

Now comes the wait to see which Eagles will forego their remaining eligibility and which Eagles will return to the Heights next season.
