Storyline: BC will face the University of Vermont for the first time since the Catamounts bounced BC from last year's Hockey East playoffs (which feels like it was a million years ago at this point). BC is locked in to a tooth-and-nail battle for the Hockey East regular season title, which is looking like a three horse race. The other two horses are faced off tonight - Notre Dame, who leads BC by 1 point in the standings, travels to Providence for a two game set. PC is three points back of Notre Dame for the top spot and two points back of BC for second place.
