SBNation’s Bill Connelly Has Maryland Winning 2016 Quick Lane Bowl

As part of his yearly analysis of teams and matchups he made a projection today of all the upcoming bowl games. Bill makes his projections through his S&P projection system. Vegas has Maryland as a one point favorite, and Bill Connelly doesn’t disagree.

Yes, Bill has the projected win margin as .1. That is about as slim of a victory projection as you can get. And as you look at it further, you can see that Maryland just barely has the edge in terms of win probability. In fact BC/Maryland has the closest projected margin/win probability, followed closely by LSU/Louisville in the Citrus Bowl and UNC/Stanford in the Sun Bowl.
