Earlier today, the MLS announced the players that have been invited to the 2017 Adidas MLS Player Combine. the 53 D1 players invited will get to play in front of representatives from every MLS team and will be eligible for the 2017 SuperDraft, which will take place on Friday, Jan. 13.
Zeiko Lewis, a senior midfield/forward for the Eagles, was the lone BC player to invited to the combine. Lewis had a stellar career at BC, scoring 17 points in his freshman and junior seasons, 9 as a sophomore, and 19 as a senior.
Lewis had a career high 7 goals for BC this season, and scored twice in 2 different matches. He had 3 game winning goals as a senior, two of which came in extremely important games - BC’s 1-0 wins over UNC and Fordham. Lewis averaged .9 goals per games and 2.19 shots per game in his final season at BC.
