Despite a 27 point effort from Jerome Robinson, the Boston College Eagles could not hamper a Richmond Spiders onslaught in the second half, and fell to Richmond 67-54 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in the consolation game of the Barclays Center Classic.

The Eagles started the game strong, improving on a dismal start Friday night against Kansas State. Jerome Robinson dropped 19 points in a first half dominated by runs, and the Eagles went into the locker room up 33-25.

Then the second half happened, and the Spiders came back with avengece. Between the Spiders onslaught and an inability on the Eagles' part to score consistently, the Eagles couldn't garner an opposition.

Robinson was 50% from the field, but other than Johncarlos Reyes, who was 1-for-1, no one shot better than AJ Turner's 33.33%.

Boston College plays Dartmouth College in its next game at Conte Forum on December 3rd.
