Carolina Hurricanes: Noah Hanifin scored off a strong slap shot to give Carolina a 3-1 lead over Winnipeg.

Columbus Blue Jackets: Cam Atkinson continues to be a very important factor in Columbus' offense. He recorded 2 assists last week and scored the OT game-winner in the Blue Jackets win over Washington. 

Dallas Stars: Pat Eaves continues to have one of the best seasons of his career - he scored a goal in each of Dallas' three games last week. He scored a PPG off the circle against Colorado, a wrister through traffic against the Oilers, and this goal against Cory Schneider:

Florida Panthers: Mike Matheson picked up an assist last week.

New Jersey Devils: Cory Schneider made 23 saves against Anaheim, 23 saves against Dallas, and 24 saves against LA.

New York Rangers: Kevin Hayes scored twice (a breakaway and a slap shot) in New York's win over Vancouver. This was Hayes' first multi-point NHL game. Chris Kreider also scored this week, picking up a wrister in NY's loss to Florida. 

Washington Capitals: Brooks Orpik recorded 2 assists in 4 games last week.

AHL

Albany Devils: Miles Wood and Brian Gibbons both scored a goal for Albany last week. Wood also picked up an assist.

Hershey Bears: Paul Carey recorded 2 assists this week before being called up for a game with the Capitals. He's now back with the Bears.

Iowa Wild: Alex Tuch scored twice in Friday's win over Chicago - he scored the first goal of the game and the game-winner.

Providence Bruins: Tommy Cross recorded a goal and two assists last week.

San Antonio Rampage: Joe Whitney recorded an assist for San Antonio last week.

Utica Comets: Thatcher Demko made 27 saves in Friday's OT win over Springfield. He made 4 saves on Sunday after coming into the game to relieve the starting goalie.

Elmira Jackals: John Muse made 30 saves in Elmira's loss to Brampton on Friday. He allowed 5 goals.

South Carolina Stingrays: Parker Milner made 26 saves in Thursday's loss to Colorado and 12 saves in Sunday's 5-2 victory.

Boston Pride: Lexi Bender and Alex Carpenter each scored a goal in Boston's 5-0 win over Buffalo. Carpenter also recorded an assist.

Coventry Blaze: Barry Almeida recorded an assist in his first week with the Blaze.

HC Karlovy Vary: Pat Mullane recorded 1 assist in 3 games last week.

Stavanger Oilers: Tim Kunes scored the OT game-winner in Stavanger's win over Sparta.

TPS: Dave Spina picked up an assist last week.

Mississippi RiverKings: Brad Barone made 20 saves in Mississippi's 2-1 win over Columbus.

- The NWHL announced pay cuts for all players and will require they players to sign an addendum to their contracts if they wish to continue to play. The players, including BC alums, released this statement
- Johnny Gaudreau will miss ~6 weeks due to a broken finger. He had successful surgery last week. 
- Brian Boyle has been day-to-day with an upper body injury.
