Boston College Hockey vs. Providence GAME THREAD (6:00 PM)

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.- Hockey night returns to the Heights tonight, as No. 8 Boston College hosts No. 14 Providence in one of the biggest games of the night. Colin White is back in the lineup after being scratched Tuesday night against Merrimack. Julius Mattila is still a scratch.

The game will be televised on the American Sports Network (hence the early start time). The Eagles are currently on a four-game unbeaten streak dating back to their 8-5 win against Wisconsin in Madison, Wisc. earlier this month.

The Eagles own a 110-48-14 record in their history against the friars. The meeting will be the two programs’ 172nd all time.

Leave your thoughts on the game here as the Eagles look to bounce back from Tuesday night’s tie against Merrimack. Puck drop will be at 6:00 PM ET. Enjoy the games tonight, as they should be fun to watch. As always, Go Eagles!
