Boston College GIF of the Year: Octofinals, Matchup #3

Welcome back, baby birds.

Matchup number two was a close one, but Colin White's taunt of the Vermont Catamounts held its ground late to advance into the quarterfinals. Alex Carpenter's overtime goal put up a good fight, though. I have a hunch that's not the last we'll see of the women's hockey team in this tournament.

It's been all hockey so far here in the 2016 GIF of the Year tournament, but we've got ourselves our first non-puck entry here in matchup #3.

BC baseball's unlikely run into the NCAA tournament reached its peak with this strikeout of Tulane to send the Eagles to Coral Gables and the NCAA Super Regional with a wild celebration.

Colin White Dangles

More Colin White! It's fitting that he's all over this bracket, since he's basically going to have to play every position next year with how many players jumped ship. This goal is ridiculous -- he made that guy fall on his ass. Beauty.
