Boston College 72, UNH 67 (OT): Highlights

A look back at yesterday's game

Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sports

It wasn't pretty, but Boston College's men's basketball team pulled out a narrow victory over UNH yesterday in overtime, 72-67. The win improves BC to 7-6 on the season and closes out nonconference play on a winning note prior to ACC play kicking off this weekend.

Here are highlights of yesterday afternoon's game, courtesy of BCeagles.com:

Eli Carter led the team in scoring with 28 points, including 20 after half time, to help carry the team to the victory. The game got wild down the stretch and featured 14 lead changes, including several in OT. Thankfully BC was able to survive the scare and put UNH in the rear view mirror.

BC will need to be a lot sharper on Saturday to have a shot against Duke in their ACC opener. That game tips off at 4:30 PM at Conte Forum and will be televised on NESN in New England and other ACC regional sports networks around the country.
