Boston College secured a local commit on Monday evening, this time from offensive lineman Eddy Fish:

According to my source at Boston College, Fish is not going to be a scholarship player, instead being invited as a walk on. Fish, from Groton and attends Lawrence Academy in Massachusetts, is currently a 3* recruit, and ranked the #2 recruit in Massachusetts by Rivals behind Danny Dalton (who is going to Penn State). The 6'6 294lb Fish also had offers from Coastal Carolina, URI, Temple and Villanova.
This type of commitment is a no brainer for the Eagles as they gain a kid from a local school, without having to use up a scholarship (something they can revisit if they want to later). Fish will be part of the recruiting class of 2016.
You can check out his HUDL film below. Welcome to the Heights Eddy!
