BCI Three Stars of the Week: Matt Gaudreau Is This Week's #1 Star

We've got a shakeup atop the Three Stars ballot this week! Matt Gaudreau's goal with less than a minute to play to lift BC to an emotional 4-3 win over Denver earned him #1 status. Who else led the way this week for BC?

#1 Star Matt Gaudreau, men's hockey - 13 points, 2 first place votes

Because this happened:

#2 Star: Teddy Doherty, men's hockey - 9 points, 3 first places votes

For good measure, Doherty added to his Friday night performance - scoring a PPG and generally being an awesome captain - with another big effort on Tuesday night as BC shellacked UMass.

#3 Star: McKenzie Meehan, women's soccer - 8 points, 1 first place vote

A usual suspect reappears at #3 as Meehan scored yet another clutch goal for the Eagles, scoring late to tie #3 FSU on the road. The result could help slot BC in to the NCAA Tournament... stay tuned.

4th Place: Jerry York, men's hockey: This week, he wasn't just on some ballots just because.

5th Place: John Fadule, football: OK, BC didn't win, but getting exciting and positive play out of the QB position was a pleasant change.
