Three Stars of the Week: OT Hero Simon Enstrom Leads The Way

Another week is in the books, and this time a clear #1 emerged as this week's top star.

#1 Star: Simon Enstrom, men's soccer.

Enstrom scored not one, but two NCAA tournament game winning goals for the Eagles last week. He scored the one goal that downed UVM in BC's 1-0 victory in the play-in round, then scored the golden goal in OT to take down USF Sunday afternoon in Tampa. Let's see if he can keep it rolling on Sunday when BC travels to Georgetown for a Sweet 16 matchup.

#2 Star: Teddy Doherty, men's hockey.

The Captain bounced back from an up and down game against Michigan State with a solid performance at UNH, scoring two goals. He was also part of the defense corps that limited UConn to a goal last night, continuing their hot start to the season.

#3 Star: Justin Simmons, football 4 points

It's so hard to single out just one player from BC's defensive effort but Simmons has to be the one if you're forced to pick one. He got ACC defensive back of the week honors for his efforts against Notre Dame.

#5 Kelly Hughes, W basketball - led the way as BC WBB routed BU; won women's Eagle of the Week honors
#6 Under Armour - a voter gave them props for designing BC's sweet Fenway jerseys, which BCI readers overwhelmingly think should be adopted as the full time threads.
