This coming weekend, I will record an interview with Boston College Athletic Director Brad Bates, which will be played on Tuesday night during next week's episode of BC Interruption Radio.
Needless to say, it should be an interesting conversation, in light of the many hot topics that have been discussed here on the site this fall. Issues like football scheduling, parking/tailgating on campus, football facilities, and performance standards for Steve Addazio and Jim Christian will be discussed. We will also discuss BC's plans, if any, to reverse this year's trend of declining football attendance. We will be sure to touch on these and other hot button BC sports issues as Bates digs in to his fourth year on the job.
Obviously, we expect interest in this interview to be high. If you have suggestions for additional topics or questions to discuss with Brad Bates, please email them to BCInterruption@gmail.com, along with your full name and (if an alum) BC class year, by tomorrow morning. I will not be looking at the comments section for question submissions so make sure to get them in via email.
Again, please keep in mind that we will definitely be covering the top hot button issues as mentioned above, so try to think of some well thought out questions on subjects that may be unique or not so obvious.
Thanks to Brad Bates for agreeing to carve time out of his busy schedule to come on to the show, and thanks in advance for your participation in making it an enlightening and thoughtful Q&A. The interview will be aired next Tuesday night, October 27, at 8 PM during the normal BCI Radio time slot.
