Boston College GIF of the Year: Octofinals, Matchup #2

The first Octofinal matchup was a close one, with Matty Ice Bucket and Kent Gets Fancy taking the vote down to the wire. In the end, though, It was Kenzie Kent who held steady and took the matchup to become our first entrant into the quarterfinal.

We'll keep it on the ice today with our second Octofinal matchup.

Jack Crychel

Jack Eichel's round one matchup was against You Have Chosen BC, a worthy entry into the field but one that was just no match for the level of schadenfreude the Terriers gave us this season. God bless the men at ESPN for giving us this shot to remember Jack Eichel by. Eichel took the victory in round one by a 64-36 vote.

Trivigno With The Finish

This one probably wasn't fair, given that Trivigno & Company only had to go up against the worst moment of the BC sports year. Wide Right was a controversial candidate, but it only lasted for one round as Trivigno's goal booted Wide Right in a 66-34 vote.
