Boston College GIF of the Year: Octofinals, Matchup #1

Last Thursday's matchup wrapped up the first round of GIFs, and as has been the case seemingly every other day, it was another nailbiter. No tiebreaker was necessary, but Tic Tac Toe defeated the empty netter at BU by just three votes.

Four weeks later and we're finally ready to get moving on to round two. The full bracket has been released, and now we really get down to business.

A long, long time ago, Matt Ryan took down a bumbling NC State play to advance to round two by a 60-40 margin. Does Matty Ice have what it takes to make it to the next round?

Kent Gets Fancy

It was a couple of ladies in our second Hexadecafinal vote—or at least, it was a lady from BC against a very, very drunk "lady" from Lowell who looks a lot like Ke$ha. Kenzie Kent from BC Women's Hockey went spin-o-rama to put away Vermont, and advanced by a 73-27 margin.
