Name: Harris Williams
Position: Offensive Guard
Number: #64
Year: Senior
Height: 6-foot-3
Weight: 303 lbs.
Hometown: Lynn, MA
High School: Proctor Academy
2013 Stats: Harris started all 13 games last year at the offensive right guard position. Just like pretty much everyone on the offensive line he did a fantastic job with the run block, and showed great skill pulling off and moving around the line while the tackles pushed forward.
2014 Projections: Williams should be another solid contributor on the offensive line. If the year goes well again for him it wouldn't surprise me if his name comes up in the NFL draft again in 2015.
How'd He Get Here: Harris was at Mark Herzlich's book signing at BC a few weeks ago and went over how he came here. Apparently he was fully ready to commit to Stanford, and went to their camp where he apparently tanked do to a foot injury. Stanford yanked his scholarship offer, and at the last minute he decided to attend Boston College. He was a 3* guard with other offers from Louisville and Connecticut.
Twitter Feed: Not that I can find.

Uniform History: Michael Durant, a tackle from Dorchester MA was the first Eagle to wear the number #64. Joe Wolf an offensive guard and captain wore it from 1985-88. Tom Nalen, a center for the Eagles who went on to become a perennial All Pro and Super Bowl Champion with the Denver Broncos has to be one of the most famous players to wear the number. Nick Rossi an offensive guard recently wore the number before Williams from 2006-2009.
