Fresh off winning the oh-so-prestigious BCI Award as the year's top female athlete, McKenzie Meehan was profiled in the Boston Herald as she prepares for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada. The tournament begins on August 5, with the final being contested on August 24 - so should the US go all the way, Meehan will miss the start of BC's season. The women open vs. Colgate on Friday, August 22, then play at BU on Sunday, August 24.
